Please guys don't confuse Hard work with smart work. Remember gone the days when you had competition with the people who had mantra of Hard work, now comes the new army of people who have mastered the art of smart work, and trust me they are more dangerous....

ReplyDeleteI completely agree that hard work pays but smart work make the gains better and more constant.With the ever shrinking economies all over and cut throat competition,it becomes a necessity to update yourself with minute to minute changes and smart work is what makes it possible.So,smart work is the new mantra!!!
